{"id":1789,"date":"2023-01-31T10:01:04","date_gmt":"2023-01-31T09:01:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.creactivesgroup.com\/?p=1789"},"modified":"2025-07-02T13:05:17","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T13:05:17","slug":"preliminary-review-of-kpis-related-to-the-semester-and-announcement-beginning-of-the-coverage-for-the-title-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.creactives.com\/it\/2023\/01\/31\/preliminary-review-of-kpis-related-to-the-semester-and-announcement-beginning-of-the-coverage-for-the-title-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Preliminary review of KPIs related to the semester and announcement beginning of the coverage for the title"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Verona, January 31, 2023<\/em>. <strong>Creactives Group S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201c<strong>Creactives Group<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d) (ISIN<strong> IT0005408593<\/strong> &#8211; ticker: <strong>CREG<\/strong>), an international company that develops <strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, announces that the Board of Directors of the Company, which met yesterday, reviewed the unaudited preliminary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the six-month period ending December 31, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Key issues are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Value of Production, which amounts to \u20ac 2,88 million, up 17 % from December 31, 2021 (\u20ac 2,46 million).<\/li>\n<li>\u201cAnnual Recurrent Revenues\u201d (ARR), which amount to \u20ac 4,39 million, up 42% from December 31, 2021 (\u20ac 3,09 million).<\/li>\n<li>The Net Financial Position, which passed from \u20ac 0,39 million (June 30, 2022) to \u20ac 1,74 million (December 31, 2022); the result is strongly influenced by the marked reduction in the use of non-recourse factoring by about \u20ac 1 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Overall, therefore, the preliminary figures confirm the Company\u2019s positive growth trend.<\/p>\n<p>The Company finally announces that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ktepartners.com\/\">KT&amp;Partners<\/a> has published the Initial Coverage Research for the Creactives Group title (the \u201cResearch\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The Company commissioned KT&amp;Partners to prepare the Research, which is independently produced by the Equity Research team and aimed at domestic and international investors.
