Perfect your Procurement and Supply Chain Data

Corporate Governance

Measuring our impact,
the way we measure data.

Our first Sustainability Report applies the same discipline we bring to procurement and supply chain data: gather the evidence, structure it, and act on it — across environmental, social and governance performance.

Letter to Stakeholders
Better data leads to better decisions, less waste, and a more responsible use of resources along entire supply chains.

In 2025 we decided to give this conviction a clear structure — launching a comprehensive ESG programme to consolidate our commitment across the Environmental, Social and Governance dimensions, starting with measurement: our first Carbon Footprint Report and this Sustainability Report.

What Matters Most

Seven material topics, three pillars.

We asked our stakeholders what matters most, then mapped their answers against our own impact. Seven topics crossed the materiality threshold — the priorities this report is built on.

Environmental Social Governance

Environmental

  • Energy efficiency
  • Reducing energy consumption along the value chain

Social

  • Employee wellbeing
  • Customer satisfaction

Governance

  • Information security & data management
  • Business ethics & integrity
  • Innovation, quality & product compliance

Identified through a stakeholder survey and impact materiality analysis, reported in line with the voluntary VSME standard (EFRAG). Full methodology and scoring in the downloadable report.

How We Measure Impact

Three areas we hold ourselves accountable on.

The detail — emissions inventory, workforce data, certifications — lives in the full report. Here's the shape of it.

Carbon footprint

We track Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions annually under the GHG Protocol, starting with our first Carbon Footprint Report — a factual baseline for future reduction.

Our people

Flexible work, structured training and a safe, inclusive workplace for a team bringing together many nationalities across Verona.

Governance & security

ISO-certified information security and quality management, a whistleblowing system, and a Supplier Code of Conduct that extends our standards across the value chain.

The same standard, extended upstream.

Our clients look to us to make their procurement and supply chain data more efficient. We hold ourselves to the same standard — selecting technology partners with strong ESG credentials and extending responsible sourcing across our own supply chain.

ISO 9001 ISO/IEC 27001 ISO/IEC 27017 ISO/IEC 27018 Supplier Code of Conduct

This is the beginning of a journey, not its destination.

We'll keep strengthening our ESG performance year after year, with the same seriousness and long-term perspective we bring to our clients' data.
