(“Creactives Group” or the “Company”) (ISIN IT0005408593 – ticker: CREG), an international company that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, following what was communicated on December 1, 2022, announces that bonus shares were assigned today to those entitled to them, in execution of the resolution passed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on November 24, 2022.
Following the assignment, the share capital of Creactives Group remains unchanged and amounts to a total of Euro 259.896, divided into 11.719.000 ordinary shares with no indication of par value.
