Verona, November 8, 2024. Creactives Group S.p.A. (“Creactives Group” or the “Company”) (ISIN IT0005408593 – ticker: CREG), an international company and Innovative SME, listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment (“Euronext Growth Milan Pro”), that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, following the press release published last November 5 regarding the opening of the second subscription period of the non-convertible bond “CREG – 7% 2024-2026” (“Additional Offering Period”), announces that, at the expiration of the deadline set for the second issue, No. 7 bonds for a total amount of €175.000,00 were subscribed and issued by No. 5 Italian investors.
Therefore, as of today, a total of No. 20 bonds with a nominal value of €25.000,00 each for a total amount of €500.000,00 have been subscribed.
Pursuant to the Bond Regulations approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on July 19, 2024, the Bonds will bear interest at a nominal fixed annual gross rate of 7%, with a term of 24 months; for more information on the characteristics of the Bond, please refer to the press release dated July 19, 2024.
Please also note that in relation to the portion of the Loan not subscribed during the Additional Offer Period, the remaining 20 Bonds may be offered for subscription by December 31, 2024 during any additional subscription periods to be defined by the Issuer from time to time and communicated to the market.
