(“Creactives” or the “Company”) (ISIN IT0005408593 – ticker: CREG), an international company and fiscally eligible Innovative SME, listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment (“Euronext Growth Milan Pro”), that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, announces that, on today’s date, the Board of Directors met in a notarial session which resolved to extend the final subscription period, initially set for June 30, 2025, for the capital increase approved on December 10, 2024, in exercise of the power to increase the share capital pursuant to Article 2443 of the Italian Civil Code – against payment and in divisible form, with the exclusion of option rights in accordance with Article 2441, paragraph 5, of the Italian Civil Code, for a total amount of up to Euro 5.000.000, including share premium, through the issue of up to 2.000.000 shares with no par value, reserved for subscription by professional and institutional investors (for further details, please refer to the press release issued on the same date) – with a new subscription deadline of October 17, 2025.
Please note that in execution of the aforementioned divisible capital increase, a total of 670.000 new ordinary shares were issued in December 2024 and May 2025 at a price of Euro 2,50 for a total value of Euro 1.675.000.
