The KID relating to the option rights has also been published on the Company’s website (www.creactives.com) in the “Investor Relations/Capital Increase” section.
The Company also reminds that the exercise period of the option rights and the start of trading on Euronext Growth Milan Pro will begin on October 20, 2025.
