| October 26, 2026 | Shareholders’ Meeting, on first call, approving the annual Financial Statements and presenting the Consolidated Financial Statements as of June 30, 2026 |
| October 28, 2026 | Shareholders’ Meeting, on second call, approving the annual Financial Statements and presenting the Consolidated Financial Statements as of June 30, 2026 |
| March 24, 2027 | Board of Directors meeting approving the Consolidated half-year Financial Report as of December 31, 2026; voluntarily subjected to a limited audit |
The Society will promptly notify any changes to the announced dates.
Sustainability Report (ESG)
The Company also approved today its first Sustainability Report (ESG), prepared on a voluntary basis in accordance with the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME) published by the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), covering the period from July 2024 to June 2025.
