Verona, May 16, 2025. Creactives Group S.p.A. (“Creactives Group” or the “Company”) (ISIN IT0005408593 – ticker: CREG), an international company and fiscally eligible Innovative SME, listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment (“Euronext Growth Milan Pro”), that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, following the announcement made on May 14, 2025, regarding the placement of 40.000 new ordinary shares of a new tranche of the capital increase approved by the Board of Directors on December 10, 2024, in accordance with the resolution passed by the Shareholders’ Meeting of October 28, 2020, addressed to qualified and institutional investors, announces that today the certification pursuant to Article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code confirming the completion of the paid capital increase has been filed with the Verona Companies Register.
The new composition of the share capital as a result of the subscription of 40.000 new ordinary shares placed at a price of Euro 2,50 (of which Euro 0,02 to share capital and Euro 2,48 to share premium) per share, for a total value of Euro 100.000,00 (including share premium), is shown below:
